Gelber switch between two debates amendments to HB 1143

With virtually no attention and at the eleventh hour, the Republican leadership two amendments to HB 1143. One amendment would have forced women who have abortions in the first quarter and said their view of an ultrasound unless they can prove they were raped or victims of incest. A second amendment would remove private insurance is used to fund abortion. Senator Dan Gelber tried to remove both amendments, arguing against their passage. Listen to hisdebate.
