Gelber Sen debate on two amendments to HB 1143
With virtually no attention and in extremis, the Republican leadership two amendments to HB 1143. One amendment would have forced women to abortion in the first quarter to see and have explained their echo, unless they can demonstrate that they were raped or victims of incest. A second amendment excluding private insurance used to fund abortion. Senator Dan Gelber tried both amendments, arguing against their passage to remove. Listen to hisdebate.
